Pippin

I first stumbled across Bob Willoughby's photographs of Audrey Hepburn a few years ago in a bookstore in New York. (I still kick myself for not picking up the book because it's pretty pricey now.) His photos of her are unrivaled and incredibly expansive. One morning, not long after Hepburn arrived in Hollywood in the early '50s, Willoughby was called in to shoot the starlet and was clearly smitten. Who could blame him, right? He went on to capture her at home and on set through out her career (see and read more here). All of his Hepburn photos are incredible, but my favorites are the moments he caught of her and her pet deer (!!!), Pippin.
