Good enough to eat.


I used to write a food blog. It was a nice practice to keep up. It helped avoid those "man, I think I made something really great a few weeks ago, but what was it again ... how did I do that..?" type of moments & kept me motivated to try new things, but I never quite hit the stride artistically. In my mind, my blog would have looked like this. Pure, gorgeous food genius. I think I spent a good hour scrolling through Eva's gorgeous blog, Adventure's in Cooking (Roast Chicken with Persimmon & Sage, Flourless Chocolate Citrus Cookies, Chantarelle Mushroom & Caramelized Shallot Risotto, oh my!). Be still mh̶e̶a̶r̶t̶ tummy!
