Break out that 90s school-girl plaid that's been lurking in your closet & toss on a fuzzy angora sweater & knee socks. Or shimmy into a dress so tight only Calvin Klein would claim it. Bonus points for French manicured acrylics, neon green gum, a flip phone & shopping bags!
