I guess it's kind of obvious, but I never thought of using scotch tape for nail art! This is seriously going to up my game. Brichbox has a great rundown of how to get the look.

Well I have a new obsession: Letterheady. This impeccably edited tumblr is dedicated to the personal letterhead of celebrities', authors', inventors' through the years. Everyone from Thomas Edison to Van Halen is covered. It's pretty incredible to catch a glimpse into the daily life of Steve Martin, Harry Houdini or Helen Gurley Brown (she was the editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan for 32 years). Now I'm craving a set of my own, maybe a minimal letter press like Marilyn Monroe's. Her letterhead is just breathtaking. Fair warning: this blog will eat up the rest of your afternoon.

So, these popped up on the Sartorialist this past weekend. I've spent the better part of a decade hating the shit out of these horrible boots, but credit where credits due, the do look much cuter rolled down. Who knew?

What a cool idea, right? Pretty little rings - in gold & silver -  to wind in your hair however you like. Clip them in to tousled waves, fishtail braids, a messy bun, go nuts!
