Schier Shoes
Can you believe these pretty desert boots are made completely by hand?! Schier Shoes has been dutifully making these "vellies" (think of them as the ancestor of the desert boot) in Nambia since 1938 and only 20 pairs leave the workshop a day. They come in loads of colors and leathers but I think I've got to throw my weight behind the neon toes. Aren't they great?
Pretty sure this guy thinks so. Though his vellies aren't half bad either. He's sporting a pretty rad pair from their most recent collaboration with Opening Ceremony.

Chucks
I am so happy to see the resurgence of comfy, classic Chuck Taylors. Somehow they look so fresh. I'm digging my pair from high school out of my closet this afternoon to give them another whirl.

Happy Spring!
Top: vintage // Jeans: Forever 21 // Shoes: Gianni Bini // Jewelry: vintage turquoise ring, great-grandmother's gold and turquoise bangle (borrowed, thanks mom!), vintage silver bangle
Well today is officially the first day of spring. Nothing like a splash of color to celebrate. These coral suede platforms did just the trick. I almost passed out when I stumbled upon them in a sale rack for $27! These babes have been in constant rotation ever since.

Who knew?: Rolled Uggs
So, these popped up on the Sartorialist this past weekend. I've spent the better part of a decade hating the shit out of these horrible boots, but credit where credits due, the do look much cuter rolled down. Who knew?

Heart LR
Loeffler Randall's capsule collection with Sven Clogs, Heart LR, could not be more spot on for spring. Neons and nudes look so pretty and unexpected together. I'm lusting after these neon yellow babes. Though I'd happily take the blush and electric coral (below).

I'm Glossy
I'm really loving all of the glossy metallic shoes this season. What I wouldn't give to get those A. Wang beauties on my feet.

Shake your booties
What I wouldn't give to have a pair of these ladies on my feet! Acne, Rag & Bone & Rachel Comey are totally nailing the bootie this season. Warm neutral tones, sturdy heels & almond toes - swoon!

Pretty Penny Pony

Bedrock

Where, seriously, where have these shoes been all my life!? Pink leopard - amazing! I think I'm crushing on the giraffe ones though. How great would these babies look with some slouchy khakis & a nubby grey sweater?
